Business process management (BPM) is a complete system approach, a holistic management methodology to implementing new business processes or optimizing existing ones. The design phase involves evaluation, modeling and designing of the business process based on the needs and requirements defined in the analyze phase. In this stage, the identified needs are scrutinized and potential solutions are identified then evaluated for effectiveness. Business process design springboards from this stage and the process is then modeled.

Implement Phase

This is the ?go live? stage and all aspects of taking the process off of the page and into practice are addressed here. Preparations are made to staff, equipment and other considerations. Blueprints and standard operating procedures (SPO) are created and method of implementation is determined. As the process is integrated into the current structure, it shifts into the Run and Monitor phase.

Run and Monitor Phase

As the process is executed, the final stage begins. The Run and Monitor phase involves the actual implementation of the process and subsequent monitoring and evaluation. At this point, the process may be fully implemented and utilized all at once, or it may be a gradual shift implemented in stages. As the process runs in real time, it is monitored and analyzed to determine efficiency and effectiveness. From this analysis, new problems, needs and requirements may be identified, initiating the Analyze phase.

There is no need for an Optimize phase. Optimization occurs at each phase, allowing a fine tuning of the process at each developmental level.

This artists came from Canada; Toronto to be precise. He came up with ‘House of Balloon’ earlier and this brought him to the attention of the world of RnB. He has a new tape on the market titled ‘Echo of Silence’. He is presently unsigned. But the whole world is earnestly awaiting his full emergence into glory. He stands in a good position to be one of the main forces of RnB in 2012 and beyond, and there are plenty of promotional bags with their faces all over them.

Elle Varner

This is a songstress to be reckoned with. She released a single titled ‘Only Wanna Give It To You’ and this really caught the attention of every one in Rhythm and Blues. This increased her fans and her popularity grew. She is already signed to RCA records. She has this energetic performance and strong vocal command that has won several individuals to her side. She also seems to be one of the artists that hold the fate of RnB in their hands in 2012.

J. Marsh

He is from Montgomery. He had been able to bring back memories of the good old days of RnB into the consciousness of his fans. He released ‘Zodiac Sign’ earlier on and the tape is still selling hot in the market till today. The rate at which the tape is viewed on the internet is enough to give credence to his popularity; up to 50,000 views have been recently accounted for.

Noralynn Rowe

This is a group consisting of Noralynn Rowe, M Rowe, Lynn Tate and Nora Fox.  The group has this vibrant voice and energetic display that gets the audience stunned.  The popularity of the group has overtaken the whole of Atlanta and beyond.  The group is so talented to the extent that it is able to mix hip hop with RnB in a way that no female group had ever been able to do before now.

Brandon Hines

This is a young man that was mentored by Troy Taylor. He is already signed by Jermaine Dupri. This is a new face to watch out for in 2012. He is actually gathering steam for this special emergence.  With his emergence, it is expected that the world of RnB will be taken to an entirely new level.
